Roches Beach

Located 20 minutes out of Hobart in Lauderdale, Roches Beach is quiet and dog-friendly beach perfect for your next photoshoot. The beach is framed by vegetation covered sand dunes and dark dramatic cliffs, creating the opportunity to capture a variety of different shots within one location.

Roches Beach faces the east, making it ideal for sunset backlit shots. It is also sheltered from Tasmania’s predominant south westerly winds and has access to public bathrooms.

The beach is somewhat tide dependant, so please reach out so I can check it is suitable for our shoot date.
