STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Many of my clients have never had a professional photoshoot before and, even if they had, I do things a little differently. I look after everything from planning your session and providing a relaxed and enjoyable portrait experience, to organising your artwork and delivering it to your door!
This is a step-by-step guide so you know what to expect from booking a session with Meegan Wilmot Photography…
ONE: SESSION FEE
A session fee of $150 is required to secure your session. This session fee includes:
Planning appointment and exclusive access to my Client Guide, including wardrobe styling
A bespoke 1 hour portrait session
Slideshow preview of your images
Access to an online selection gallery
Image processing in my signature style
Complimentary order delivery
Please note, this fee does not include any digital files and is separate from my packages and products.
TWO: PLANNING
This is where I start to get to know you and your family better! All my clients are unique, so I encourage my clients to schedule a virtual planning appointment prior to their shoot to ask me any questions and discuss wardrobe choices.
I really want you to love your images, so we’ll spend some time planning out the photoshoot and key shots we’d love to capture. We also look through the finished products and my pricing page to ensure sure you understand and are happy with my options.
THREE: YOUR SESSION
This is where the magic happens! We spend around 60 minutes together capturing the special bond between you and your loved ones.
I try to keep things very relaxed, and I know I’ve been successful when my clients walk away from their session with, not only beautiful photos, but also great memories of our time together.
At the start of your shoot, we’ll go through some of my most popular products, including wall art, prints and albums.
FOUR: IMAGE SELECTION
This has to be one of my favourite parts - your beautiful artwork is ready! I personally deliver your new artwork and love seeing clients faces when they see the finished products!
Now you’ll be able to admire and display your images for years to come!
If you purchase one of my packages that include digital files, theses will be delivered within a week, while artwork and printed products will be delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks.
FIVE: DELIVERY & ENJOY
Within 72 hours of your photoshoot, your best images will be viewable via an online gallery.
From here you will select your favourite images, and choose and pay for your preferred collection and/or heirloom artwork.
